Meeting Centre Support Program Workshop – Poznań, Poland, 2nd June 2016
On 2 June 2016 a short version of the workshop on the Meeting Centre Support Programme for people with dementia and their carers will take place during the 8th National Conference about Elderly Person in a Modern Society in Poznań, Poland.
This workshop contains:
– The basic knowledge about Meeting Centres idea;
– How this model was implemented and adapted in Wroclaw, Poland;
– The first experiences with running a Meeting Centre in Wroclaw.
